Silicon nitride powder and silicon nitride powder are evenly dispersed, float and fall in hot nitrogen, fully contact with hot nitrogen, and quickly react with nitrogen in the combustion reaction zone. The reaction itself generates a lot of heat, and flash combustion synthesis can be carried out continuously.
