From the production process point of view, the preparation steps of doped tungsten wire are: first, mix ammonium metatungstate, potassium silicate, aluminum nitrate, potassium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid solution; then spray dry the mixture, and reduce the dried powder with hydrogen to make doped tungsten powder; finally, after pressing, vertical melting, rotary forging, drawing and other operations, the required product can be obtained.
From the perspective of use, tungsten wire can be used in lighting, semiconductors and photovoltaics. In the field of lighting, it is mainly used as a filament for electric light sources such as incandescent lamps and halogen tungsten lamps. Note: The main reason why the filament is made into a spiral shape is to ensure that the filament resistance is small, so that its length can be extended as much as possible, thereby improving the brightness and service life of the bulb.
