Blasting Operation
Blasting is typically employed to break and mine the ore. First, drill holes are created in the ore body, and then blasting agents are inserted and detonated. The explosion fractures the ore into smaller, more manageable pieces, making it easier to collect and transport.
Mining
Following the blasting, the fragmented ore is collected and transported. Large equipment such as excavators or bulldozers is used to extract the ore from the vein and move it to the ore processing plant.
Ore Processing
At the ore processing plant, the mined ore undergoes various stages, including crushing, grinding, and flotation, to extract the molybdenum concentrate. Crushers, grinders, flotation machines, and other equipment are employed to separate useful minerals from impurities.
