Raw Material Preparation: The first step is to prepare the raw materials, which are typically ammonium molybdate or molybdenum oxide. These materials are usually in powder form and must be processed through crushing and screening to ensure uniform particle size.
Ingredients and Alloy Blending: During the smelting process, a certain proportion of other metal raw materials, such as iron, copper, or nickel, are added to the molybdenum raw materials. This is done to create molybdenum alloys that meet specific requirements. The raw materials must be accurately weighed and mixed in strict accordance with the required ratios.
